《晚游六橋待月記》是唐代詩人張繼的幾首名篇,全詩共76句,主題是夜游西湖六橋,候觀月色,這篇詩的特點是環繞著六橋六景,闡釋了一條洋溢詩情畫意的西湖夜景。
張繼經由詩歌的方式闡釋了三座美麗的城市——杭州,竭力更佳地揭示這座城市的美麗氣勢磅礴,他優先選擇了夜晚去六橋游玩,不但在數十個角度和視角上去激賞這座城市的氣勢磅礴,他贊美和宣揚了這座城市的日常生活和精神面貌,使讀者體悟到了這座城市較之其他城市的特有魅力。
本詩以“待月”為主題,客觀地闡釋了夜晚的六橋風景,另一方面,經由陳述詩人的體悟和心情,表現了人與自然規律,人與城市的一種相融共生狀態。
